My Daughter Alice (4) spends lots of time in hospital, recently she got a septic spinal infection following surgery. She had been really upset all day after having a pic line put in, she was given a pig teddy as part of the Send A Friend scheme and this is the first time I had seen her beautiful smile since arriving at the children's hospital.

I'd like to thank the Woody and Winter foundation on behalf of my son Spencer (6) who was born with a life limiting heart condition called HLHS. Spencer was sent his now favourite cuddly Lion and a whole lot of other goodies. I also had a few good chats with Matt who is very supportive and a strong person knowing what he and his wife have been through. What they do for others shows how important this foundation is to them and everyone it helps. Thank you

I used to attend the support groups alone, after finding it difficult to talk even to me, my husband now joins the groups too. We get to talk about our baby boy without limitations or feeling judged and have made some new friends for life too.
